We are looking for a machine and equipment operator (m/f/d) for our prestigious client in Hauenstein .

Tasks

• Plant Operations: Independent operation and monitoring of integrated cardboard processing lines (die-cutting, printing, gluing) following an intensive training period.
• Process Optimization: Ongoing quality control, fault analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Maintenance & Care: Regularly performing maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure system availability.
• Quality Assurance: Acting independently with a focus on conserving resources and minimizing scrap rates.

requirements

• Qualifications: Successfully completed technical vocational training—ideally as a packaging technologist, packaging mechanic, machine and plant operator, papermaker, or an equivalent technical training program.
• Expertise: Ideally, a solid foundation in pneumatics and hydraulics is a plus.
• Work Hours: Flexibility and a willingness to work any shift (three-shift system).
• Personal Qualities: A high degree of reliability, above-average dedication, a strong commitment to quality, and excellent teamwork and responsibility.
• Language proficiency: Fluent written and spoken German.
