Tasks

• Ensuring that customer orders are produced on time
• Operating and monitoring production systems
• Monitoring Productivity, Quality, and Deadlines
• Material provision and machine conversion
• You will serve as the point of contact for your team on matters related to personnel development, workforce planning, and conflict resolution.

requirements

• Experience in production or as a shift supervisor (m/f/d) is preferred
• Forklift license
• Leadership skills, ability to work independently, ability to work in a team, and a sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system
• Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
