Production employee (m/f/d) 

Location: Aschau am Inn
Shift schedule: 4-shift schedule; switching to a 5-shift schedule starting in January 2027
Start date: immediately
Pay: Starting at €18.54 per hour; €26.17 per hour starting in the 15th month

Tasks

• Operation and monitoring of production facilities
• Processing and Dosing of Cellulose and Nitrocellulose
• Manufacturing, Filling, and Sealing of Cartridges
• Implementation of quality controls
• Transportation of Materials and Semi-Finished Products

requirements

• Training in a technical or chemical field is a plus; motivated career changers are welcome
• Craftsmanship and technical understanding
• Willingness to work a 4-shift schedule starting in January 2027; 5-shift schedule
• Certificate of good conduct without entry
• B1-level German proficiency required
