Our client, a globally recognized partner of leading automakers based in Sulzbach/Saar, is seeking reliable and motivated production workers (m/f/d). At the Sulzbach location, high-precision, top-of-the-line plastic exterior components are manufactured.
To ensure the client’s quality standards are maintained in the future, we are looking for motivated, hands-on individuals for the core areas—injection molding, the highly automated paint shop, and final module assembly.

The office is very easy to reach by bus.

Tasks

In the highly automated paint shop, you'll ensure a perfect finish.

• They oversee the processes that give the components their final, flawless appearance in the automakers' colors.
• They load the paint shop's parts carriers with raw components and clean them beforehand (e.g., by flame-cleaning or wiping them down)
• They monitor the robots' automated painting cycle and ensure a consistent coat thickness.
• They inspect the finished painted surfaces under special lighting for dust particles and scratches and touch up imperfections by lightly sanding and polishing them
• You will perform cleaning and maintenance tasks on the paint booths and assist with paint changes
• They meticulously ensure compliance with the strict cleanliness and occupational safety regulations in the paint shop

requirements

• Ideally, initial professional experience in production or in a skilled trade
• Reliable, careful and team-oriented way of working
• Willingness to work shifts: 5:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. / 9:30 p.m. – 5:00 a.m., Mon–Fri, and possibly Sat
• Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
• German, spoken and written (including reading)
• Easily accessible by public transportation
