• Good command of spoken and written German
• Technical understanding and confident handling of production machinery
• Careful, quality-conscious, and structured approach to work
• Ability to work as part of a team, flexibility, and a sense of responsibility when handling equipment and materials
• Prior knowledge in the field of metals is desirable
