Tasks
- • Organization, implementation, and further development of the integrated occupational health and safety management system in accordance with ISO 45001
- • Providing advice and support to managers on all matters related to occupational safety and accident prevention
- • Assisting in the preparation, updating, and evaluation of risk assessments
- • Identifying the causes of accidents and developing and implementing appropriate measures
- • Preparing and maintaining operating instructions, as well as assisting with training sessions
- • Monitoring compliance with legal regulations (ArbSchG, BetrSichV, GefStoffV, etc.)
- • Participation in the Occupational Safety and Health Committee (ASA)
requirements
- • A college degree or comparable education (e.g., master craftsman, technician, engineer)
- • Several years of professional experience in an industrial setting, in occupational safety, and in the implementation of management systems is desirable
- • Additional certification as an Occupational Safety Specialist in accordance with DGUV Regulation 2
- • Additional training in HSE / occupational safety is a plus
- • In-depth knowledge of the ISO 45001 standard and integrated management systems
- • In-depth knowledge of occupational safety and health law (ArbSchG, BetrSichV, GefStoffV, DGUV regulations)
- • Experience in conducting and evaluating risk assessments
- • Experience in accident analysis and managing corrective actions
- • Ability to collaborate across disciplines (Production, Maintenance, HR, Occupational Health Physician)
