Tasks
- Coordination and supervision of the construction crew
- Ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and maintaining workplace safety directly on the construction site
- Monitoring the Proper Use of Tools, Equipment, and Work Materials
- Implementation of work instructions, safety guidelines, and legal regulations
- Assisting with the organization of the construction site (e.g., ordering materials, coordinating equipment, work processes)
requirements
- Completed vocational training in the construction or finishing trades, ideally with additional training as a foreman
- Several years of practical experience on construction sites, preferably in building maintenance
- Organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to get things done
- Knowledge of occupational safety and quality standards
- SIVV certification is preferred but not required
