Tasks

• Processing Customer Inquiries and Orders
• Quotation Preparation, Order Entry, and Billing
• Organization and Processing of Export Shipments
• Preparation of shipping and export documents
• Customs Clearance and Communication with Government Agencies
• Intrastat Reports and Preferential Calculations
• Support for Export Controls
• Customer Service and Complaint Handling
• Maintenance of price lists and customer data
• Liaison between Sales and International Customers

requirements

• Business apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in exports
• Strong knowledge of export procedures
• Experience with shipping and export documents
• A customer- and service-oriented approach
• Business fluent in German and English
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus
