• Procurement Processes: From Request for Proposals to Supplier Selection
• Material Planning and Purchasing, Taking into Account Costs, Quality, and Delivery Times
• Market and Supplier Research
• Order Processing and Master Data Maintenance in SAP
• Invoice Review and Resolution of Discrepancies
• Complaint Handling and Points of Contact for Suppliers
• Collaboration on procurement projects and process optimization
• Analysis of Purchasing Metrics

requirements

• Business apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in purchasing; ideally, experience in the pharmaceutical, medical technology, or food industries
• Structured and independent way of working
• Negotiation and organizational skills
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
• Good knowledge of German and English
