• Independent recruitment of specialist positions including second interviews
• Management of the entire recruiting process for various job profiles, especially in the industrial sector

• Degree with a focus on human resources or comparable qualification with recruiting experience
• Professional experience in end-to-end recruiting of specialist positions
• Knowledge of current sourcing trends and technologies
• Strong consulting and communication skills
• Excellent German skills and confident interaction in an international environment
