Job description

ACTIEF Personalmanagement is seeking several data systems specialists (m/f/d) for a well-known logistics service provider in Wolfsburg as part of a temporary staffing assignment.

Do you have experience in warehouse logistics, are you confident working with inventory management systems, and can you keep track of things even when there’s a high volume of goods?

Tasks

• Recording and Verification of Incoming Goods
• System-managed receiving, re-stocking, and removal of goods in various warehouse areas (including GLT, tires, and returnable containers)
• Posting and Maintaining Goods Movements in the Inventory Management System
• Labeling and Inspection of Goods
• Inventory Monitoring and Data Maintenance
• Support for Logistical Processes in Day-to-Day Operations
• Operating forklifts as needed

requirements

• Completed training in logistics, warehouse management, or freight forwarding—for example, as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), warehouse clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification;
  , or several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics, inventory management, or logistics administration
• Proficiency in using merchandise management and inventory management systems
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Valid forklift license an advantage
• German language skills at least at the B2 level, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
