Tasks

• Advising corporations, partnerships, and individuals on domestic and international tax matters
• Preparation and review of annual financial statements, tax returns, and tax balance sheets in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Knowledge of IFRS is a plus
• Independently managing and advising a established client base
• Ensuring quality- and cost-conscious client service
• Collaboration on and support for multidisciplinary consulting projects
• Coordination and consultation with various departments
• Professional leadership and development of a team of tax clerks
• Promoting a constructive and motivating team culture

requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or law, or a Diplom-Finanzwirt (FH) qualification
• Successfully passed the tax advisor exam
• Experience in independently managing large client groups
• Strong client focus and commitment to service
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of self-motivation
• A solution-oriented and structured approach to work
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• High level of commitment and initiative
• Confident handling of DATEV and MS Office
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
