Job description

We are seeking an experienced Test Lab Manager (m/f/d) for a well-known client in the region. This is a full-time position leading to DIRECT HIRE at the client's facility.

Tasks

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Test Facility team (approx. 5 employees)
• Planning, Managing, and Optimizing Test Procedures
• Strategic Development of the Test Facility Division
• Helping to design and implement work processes and structures based on ISO 17025
• Responsibility for meeting deadlines and utilizing testing capacity

requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering (from a university of technology or a university of applied sciences)—ideally with a focus on energy engineering
• A master craftsman (m/f/d) in electrical engineering and/or additional training as a VEFK-certified electrician (m/f/d) is a plus
• Several years of experience in personnel management in a technical setting
• Extensive experience in the field of electrical power engineering
• Proficiency in the Analysis and Evaluation of Measurement Results 
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner; strong analytical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills and leadership abilities
