On behalf of our client, a renowned construction company in the Ludwigshafen area, we are seeking an Electrical Engineering Site Manager (m/f/d) for direct placement, to start as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Technical Management and Coordination of Electrical Construction Projects
• Close coordination with project management
• Responsibility for installation, deadlines, quality, and costs
• Coordination of Commissioning and Acceptance Testing
• Management and Scheduling of Employees and Subcontractors
• Ensuring that documentation and technical requirements are in place for construction
• Management and Documentation of Changes and Additions
• Participation in construction and planning meetings
• Ensuring workplace safety, quality standards, and compliance with legal and contractual requirements
• Development and monitoring of schedules and work progress
• Review of Measurements and Invoices
• Preparation and Maintenance of Project Documentation

requirements

• Completed electrical engineering training recognized in Germany, e.g., Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology
• Ideally, further training to become a technician or master craftsman
• Work experience in construction management and site coordination
• Experience in managing employees and subcontractors
• Strong organizational skills and a strong ability to get things done
• Thorough knowledge of the relevant DIN and VDE standards
• Knowledge of VOB Parts B and C and the Guidelines for Electrical Installations (LAR)
• A structured, solution-oriented, and responsible approach to work
• Class B driver's license
