Tasks

• CNC-Based Processing of Production Orders in Single-Part and Series Production
• Independent programming or modification of existing programs
• Installation and retrofitting of machining centers (DMG and Chiron)
• Independently deciding on tool selection and presetting, setting up the machines, and job-specific changeovers
• Continuous quality assurance in ongoing production
• Inspection of Parts

requirements

• Completed vocational training as a machining technician, industrial mechanic, CNC specialist, or similar
• Ideally, experience in using and programming Siemens controllers
• Reliable Implementation of Engineering Drawings
• High dimensional accuracy and precise workmanship
• Experience with long-turning machines is preferred
• Ability to work independently and a strong commitment to quality
• Willingness to work shifts
