Tasks
- Monitoring and Maintenance of Technical Equipment and Systems
- Carrying out minor maintenance and servicing work
- Ensuring Proper Equipment Operation
- Systematic Error Analysis and Troubleshooting
- Performing minor repairs on equipment and machinery
- Professional installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems
- Monitoring of Installation and Commissioning Processes
- Implementation of quality controls
- Ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards
- Contributing to Process Optimization
- Preparation of Reports and Technical Documentation
- Maintaining records and collecting technical data
- Preparation of performance reports for accounting and internal operations
- Advising and assisting internal and external clients on campus
- Operational management and coordination of projects in the areas of HVAC, electrical engineering, and roofing & specialized trades
requirements
- Completed technical vocational training, e.g., in building services, electrical engineering, HVAC, or mechatronics
- Qualifications as an electrical technician are a plus
- Professional experience in building services engineering
- Knowledge of building management systems (BMS)
- Strong technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to work well with others and strong communication skills
- A strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Willingness to participate in on-call or shift-based on-call duty
