Tasks

• In the machining department, you will independently carry out setup procedures on schedule and adjust them according to current customer specifications
• You will monitor the manufacturing process and make any necessary optimizations to ensure high quality.
• You will perform repair and maintenance work and ensure that equipment and production facilities are in excellent technical condition and ready for production.
• Together with your colleagues and supervisors, you will work continuously to optimize setup and configuration processes as well as individual production steps

requirements

• Completed training as a machining technician (m/f/d), CNC miller (m/f/d), CNC lathe operator (m/f/d), or comparable mechanical training
• Experience in operating and programming CNC machines
• Good knowledge of metalworking and processing
• Ability to read and implement technical drawings and plans
• Careful and precise way of working
• A willingness to work shifts (early, late, and night) rounds out your profile
