Tasks

• Mold and Core Shop: Preparation and production of molds and cores according to specifications.
• Melting and Casting Operations: Assisting with the melting process, casting workpieces, and transporting ladles (depending on qualifications).
• Finishing: Deburring, cleaning, and finishing castings using grinders and hand tools.
• Quality Control: Visual and dimensional inspection of manufactured parts, as well as documentation of defect rates.
• Maintenance: Care and maintenance of equipment and machinery in the foundry.

requirements

• Experience: Ideally , initial professional experience in a foundry, in metalworking, or in manufacturing (candidates from other fields with manual dexterity are also welcome).
• Physical Fitness: Stamina and endurance for working in an industrial environment.
• Shift availability: Willingness to work on a shift schedule (3-shift system).
• Language Skills: Good written and spoken German skills to ensure smooth communication and workplace safety.
• Team spirit: Reliability, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail round out your profile.
