We are seeking a Deputy Head of Quality Assurance (m/f/d) for a prestigious client in Hörselberg-Hainich to start as soon as possible through direct placement.

Tasks

• You will take on the responsibility of supporting and representing the Head of the Quality Assurance Department in ensuring product quality and addressing quality management issues, as well as assisting with the review and adherence to technological and technical objectives.
• You ensure that processes run smoothly— handling a wide range of tasks in the manufacturing area, taking samples, and performing all analyses from the receipt of goods to the finished product
• They pay very close attention —evaluating analyses, interpreting and communicating results, maintaining the database, inspecting and maintaining test equipment, conducting vulnerability analyses, developing measures, and providing support for their implementation to reduce PVC loss throughout the entire process
• You’ll play an active role —taking on project-related tasks, implementing new measurement technologies and methods, and developing processes to continuously improve product quality throughout the entire process

requirements

• A degree in engineering (Diplom-Ingenieur / Master of Engineering) or a comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience in quality assurance, operational control, or laboratory work
• Excellent IT skills, particularly in SAP, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
• Leadership skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to quality
• A high degree of initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and reliably, as well as a willingness to take on extra work and special assignments
