Tasks
- Operation, programming, setup, and configuration of CNC lathes and turning centers
- Machining complex workpieces on multi-axis machines
- Working with TRAUB, FANUC, and SIEMENS Controllers
- Optimization of CNC Programs, Tools, and Manufacturing Processes
- Quality control, documentation of production results, and compliance with safety and operating procedures
requirements
- Completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Extensive experience operating CNC lathes, multi-axis machines, and turning centers
- Proficiency in TRAUB, FANUC, and SIEMENS control systems
- Willingness to work two shifts, as well as a high degree of flexibility and resilience
- An independent, structured, and analytical approach to work, combined with a high degree of initiative, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team
