At our state-of-the-art facility in Berlin, we manufacture cutting-edge rail vehicles and components for regional and international commuter and long-distance rail service. Since quality and safety are our top priorities, we are looking for qualified adhesive technicians (m/f/d) to join our production team on a full-time basis.

Tasks
- Cleaning, Sanding, Activating, and Priming Bonding Surfaces on Rail Vehicle Components
- Professional manual and machine application of one- and two-component adhesives
- Precision joining and securing of structures such as windows, cladding, or sandwich panels
- Visual inspection of the bonded seams and comprehensive documentation of all process steps in accordance with the bonding technology quality assurance specifications
- Compliance with safety and process requirements in accordance with the quality standards of the rail vehicle industry.
requirements
- Valid certification as an Adhesive Technician (m/f/d) in accordance with DIN EN 17460 (formerly DIN 6701) or DVS-EWF 3305
- Completion of vocational training in a skilled trade or technical field (e.g., as a process technician, metalworker, painter, or carpenter) is an asset
- Ideally, some initial work experience in industrial adhesive technology or rail vehicle manufacturing.
- A strong commitment to quality and safety, as well as a very clean and precise work style.
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
