Tasks

• Timely and high-quality processing of all necessary data entry tasks within the scope of responsibilities
• Carrying out tasks and procedures in accordance with process and job descriptions
• Inspection and Labeling of Goods
• Recording of specified data, such as identification numbers, quantities, weights, and storage locations
• Filing and Archiving for Comprehensive Documentation of Work Processes
• Documentation and Reporting of Deviations or Damage
• Management and oversight of the timely processing of the flow of goods

requirements

• Experience working with various systems, ideally SAP
• Prior experience in receiving goods is a plus
• Careful and structured way of working
• Willingness to work in a 2- or 3-shift system
• Ability to work in a team and reliability
