Tasks

• Technical responsibility for the properties under management and ensuring that the maintenance services contractually agreed upon with our client are provided
• Reporting on services rendered and preparing reports for property management
• Planning, organizing, soliciting bids for, and supervising repair and maintenance work on building services systems, and ensuring the technical operational readiness of the property
• Supervision and Coordination of Outside Contractors
• Workforce Planning and Management
• Efficient processing and fulfillment of orders
• Conducting Customer Meetings

requirements

• Master Craftsman / Certified Specialist in Electrical Engineering / Building Services Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of German
• The ability to work independently and in an organized manner, as well as a confident demeanor
• Class B driver's license
• English language skills are a plus
