Tasks

• Providing technical and disciplinary leadership to the accounting team
• Responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting
• Performing Consolidation and Intercompany Reconciliations
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and value-added tax
• Contact Person for Tax Advisors and Certified Public Accountants
• Preparation for and Support During Annual Financial Statement Audits
• Preparation of Liquidity and Payment Plans
• Optimization and Digitization of Financial Processes
• Collaboration with internal and international departments

requirements

• Commercial apprenticeship followed by further training to become a certified accountant, or a degree in finance
• 3–5 years of professional experience in accounting
• Initial leadership experience or interest in a leadership role
• Excellent knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and tax law
• Proficient Use of ERP Systems and Excel
• A structured and independent approach to work
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English
