Tasks

• Organization and coordination of shipments according to customer specifications
• Booking and Monitoring of Express, Courier, and Parcel Services
• Monitoring Timely Implementation
• Communication with consignors, consignees and freight forwarders
• Handling of Complaints and Invoice Verification

requirements

• Completed training as a forwarding agent or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the logistics industry as a shipping clerk (m/f/d) is preferred
• Proficiency in German, proficiency in English (at least B1)
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems
• Ability to work in a team, independent working style and high customer orientation
