Job description

We are seeking assembly workers (m/f/d) for a long-term assignment at our client’s facility—a global automotive supplier located near Feldkirchen-Westerham.

Tasks

• Assembly of painted unpainted cabins into the final product in accordance with work instructions, drawings, and quality specifications, while adhering to defined standards
• Visual and functional inspection of the cabins (e.g., welds, paint finish, seals, serial numbers)
• Self-review of one's own work and verification of the articles provided
• Ensuring product quality, on-time delivery, and compliance with production targets
• Identifying and Reporting Errors or Deviations
• Participation in improvement initiatives (e.g., continuous improvement, process optimization, optimization in the immediate work environment)
• Maintenance and inspection of tools, machines, equipment, and the work environment (TPM, 5S)
• Support for adjacent departments as needed (e.g., final assembly, rework) as well as rotation among various work areas
   

requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in assembly or production
• Ability to read and implement technical drawings and instructions
• Willingness to work shifts (e.g., early/late shifts)
• Team and communication skills

• Craftsmanship
• A good command of the German language in reading and comprehension is required
