We are seeking a Project Management Specialist (m/f/d) for our client in Jagsthausen to join the Marketing department through direct placement.

(Annual gross salary up to €48,000)

Tasks

• Managing and coordinating in-house projects with a focus on marketing—from planning through implementation
• Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and task lists
• Coordination of internal contacts as well as external agencies and service providers
• Assisting the marketing manager in planning and implementing marketing initiatives
• Preparation of presentations, proposals, briefings, and decision-making documents
• Support for product launches, promotions, and communications initiatives
• Coordination of photo, video, content, and graphic design projects
• Support with social media activities and content planning
• Research and analysis of market, competitive, and consumer trends
• Supporting the sales team with customer presentations as well as product and sales materials
• Collaborating on projects related to our products and brands
• Tracking tasks, deadlines, and project progress, as well as compiling the results

requirements

• A completed degree or vocational training in project management, marketing, communications, media, business administration, or a related field
• Initial professional experience in project management or marketing
• Ideally, experience in the FMCG, food, or retail sectors
• Enjoys coordinating and driving projects forward independently
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Organizational skills and a good sense of priorities
• Creativity and an interest in brands, products, and communication
• Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with various departments
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with social media and digital communication channels is a plus
• Good knowledge of German and English
