Job description

We are looking for you—as an employee (m/f/d)—to work in parts assembly in the heat treatment department for our client in the Ludwigsburg area.

Tasks

• Loading and unloading components (e.g., gears, precision parts) at hardening furnaces and associated equipment
• Preparation of workpieces for the heat treatment process (cleaning, sorting, loading)
• Ensure that parts are positioned and arranged correctly according to specifications
• Monitoring simple process flows and assisting with furnace operation
• Conducting visual inspections and documenting the work steps
• Compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental Standards
• Assisting with maintenance and cleaning tasks in the heat treatment shop

requirements

• Ideally, some experience in a production environment, the metal industry, or heat treatment
• Technical understanding and careful working methods
• Willingness to work shifts (rotating shift schedule)
• Physical resilience and ability to work in a team
• Reliability and a commitment to quality
• Basic knowledge of the German language, both spoken and written
