Tasks
- You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of a team of about 20 employees.
- You will organize and develop your area of responsibility in a goal-oriented manner and ensure that agreed-upon goals and KPIs are met.
- You are responsible for planning and organizing production orders and ensuring that they are completed on time.
- They manage and optimize the manufacturing flow and ensure that production runs smoothly.
- They identify opportunities for improvement, develop appropriate measures, and implement them in a sustainable manner.
- They work closely with relevant stakeholders and ensure efficient collaboration through open, direct, and solution-oriented communication.
requirements
- You have completed technical training, for example as an electronics technician (m/f/d) for devices and systems or a precision mechanic (m/f/d), supplemented by advanced training as a technician (m/f/d) specializing in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.
- You have professional experience at a manufacturing company—ideally in the field of precision engineering.
- You are distinguished by your initial leadership experience, assertiveness, and confident demeanor.
- You work in a structured and analytical manner, with a focus on processes and solutions.
- A strong sense of quality and responsibility, as well as organizational skills, round out your profile.
- As a leader, you see yourself as a role model, motivate your team, and foster constructive collaboration.
