Tasks
- Plan, conduct, and oversee audits: You are responsible for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and requirements. Your focus is on practical results and sustainable improvements.
- Analyze and implement regulatory requirements: You identify and evaluate requirements from EN 9100 as well as civil and military aviation law and translate them into clear, transparent, and practical processes.
- Documenting quality management: You create and maintain QM manuals and relevant documentation—in a structured, precise, and practical manner.
- Responsible for Certifications: You ensure that all civil and military certifications are up to date and that all associated requirements are met. In doing so, you maintain professional communication with government agencies and certification authorities, including EASA.
- Continuously improve the quality management system: You analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and consistently implement appropriate measures.
- Bridging standards and practice: They transform complex requirements into clear and actionable workflows, thereby creating a link between regulatory requirements and operational implementation.
- Ensuring the sustainability of improvement measures: You will oversee the implementation of measures identified in audits and ensure that agreed-upon improvements have a lasting impact.
requirements
- You have completed vocational training or a degree in quality management, engineering, or a comparable field.
- You work independently, in an organized manner, and with a focus on solutions, combining thorough analysis with consistent implementation.
- You have in-depth knowledge of relevant quality standards, particularly EN 9100, DIN EN ISO 9001, or comparable industry-specific standards.
- You have extensive experience in planning and conducting audits and know how to confidently assess even complex issues.
- Knowledge of civil and military aviation law is a plus.
- You have a very good command of German (at least C1) and a good command of English (at least B2), and you can convey complex technical content in a way that is tailored to the audience.
- Your analytical thinking skills enable you to quickly identify connections, work based on data, and develop sustainable solutions.
- They are known for their attention to detail and precision, and they keep their focus on what matters most even when faced with complex challenges.
- You communicate confidently and persuasively, enjoy working across departments, and see yourself as a bridge between management, functional areas, and external contacts.
- You present yourself with confidence and a friendly demeanor, and you have the assertiveness needed to consistently advocate for your requirements, even in challenging situations.
- They take responsibility—not only for conducting audits, but especially for the sustainable implementation of the resulting measures.
- Previous experience in leadership or project management, as well as strategic thinking skills, are a plus.
