Job description

We are seeking a Head Greenkeeper (m/f/d) for our client in Mannheim to lead the grounds maintenance team, to be hired as soon as possible through direct placement.

Tasks

• Leading a team of 4–5 people
• Responsibility for the proper care and maintenance of a stadium and training fields
• Shared responsibility for preparing and overseeing the sports facilities for training and games
• Proper Use and Maintenance/Repair of Modern Machinery and Equipment

requirements

• Successful completion of an apprenticeship as a gardener, specializing in garden, landscape, and sports field construction, or successful completion of a recognized skilled trade apprenticeship
• First management responsibility desirable
• A Class B driver's license (BE preferred) and the ability to operate machinery safely are required
