Tasks
- Installation and Assembly of Cutting and Portioning Machines
- Mechanical Assembly of Subassemblies and Machine Parts
- Installation and Adjustment of Mechanical Components
- Performing Maintenance and Repair Work
- Troubleshooting and Resolving Mechanical Problems
- Inspection of the machines for proper function and quality
- Working from technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Removal and Replacement of Defective Components
- Performing setup and adjustment tasks
- Support with machine commissioning and final inspection
- Compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety regulations
requirements
- Completed training as an industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in mechanical assembly and maintenance
- Experience using hand tools and measuring instruments
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Confidently reading and implementing technical drawings
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and fault repair
- Careful and quality-conscious way of working
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Willingness to work in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Physical resilience
- Good written and spoken German
