Tasks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for malfunctions and initiate appropriate corrective actions related to building systems
- Installation of electrical systems and performance of electrical inspections in accordance with DGUV V3
- Troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems, as well as maintenance and repair work in the field of building services engineering
- Coordinating outside contractors and overseeing their implementation as needed
- Supervisory role in the area of building and grounds maintenance, as well as ensuring that the building complex’s locking system functions properly
- General building maintenance and trade-related tasks
requirements
- Completed training as an electronics technician or electrical engineer with experience in circuit design
- Experience working day shifts and a willingness to be on call
- Standard Procedures for Working at Heights and Meeting the Necessary Requirements
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and authorization to perform required electrical inspections on portable equipment
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and organizational skills
