Tasks

• Assisted in preparing payroll for approximately 200 employees, taking into account various shift schedules
• Maintenance of the Electronic Time Tracking System 
• Compilation of wage-related statistics 
• Processing Absences, Sick Leave, and Return-to-Work Management 
• Implementation of Measures Subject to Co-determination 
• Administration of the Company Pension Plan 
• Support for the recruiting process and HR projects 

requirements

• Completed business apprenticeship with a focus on human resources, or a degree in economics or social sciences  
• Work experience in payroll, ideally at a manufacturing company with shift work 
• Experience using the LOGA billing software is a plus 
• Careful and independent way of working 
• Confident handling of MS Office 
• A high degree of reliability, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility
