Tasks
- Development of cost-effective building systems concepts, from design through installation planning, for turnkey building construction.
- Detailed review of the client's documentation, as well as technical calculations and design of the systems.
- Forward-looking and digital planning of building services systems directly on the 3D model using BIM.
- Preparation of presentation materials and providing technical input during meetings with clients and project teams.
- Close collaboration with internal and external teams and the development of new, innovative system solutions.
requirements
- A completed degree in electrical engineering or completion of an apprenticeship leading to a master craftsman or technician certification in electrical engineering.
- Substantial practical experience in design and construction planning (building services) and, ideally, some experience in installation planning.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Strong CAD skills (preferably Revit) and proficiency in using standard calculation software (e.g., LiNear).
