Tasks

• Cost Estimation for Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Plumbing (HVAC&P) Projects.
• Review of requests for proposals, specifications, and supplier bids.
• Preparing and following up on proposals in coordination with branch and project management.
• Participation in contract award meetings and preparation of lump-sum bids.
• Analytical cost analysis and structured project handover.

requirements

• Technical or business training, ideally with further education leading to certification as a master craftsman or technician in the field of building services engineering.
• Practical experience in technical cost estimation, administrative processing, or bid preparation in the field of building services engineering (HVAC).
• Solid business knowledge and an understanding of economics are desirable when preparing proposals.
