Tasks
- Professional maintenance, inspection, and servicing of complex production facilities, machinery, and industrial robots at the customer's site
- Systematic troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Specialized assembly and commissioning of mechatronic systems, subassemblies, and plant components according to the schematic diagram.
- Optimization, Customization, and Troubleshooting in Control Systems (e.g., PLC, Siemens TIA Portal, S7)
- Conducting functional tests and maintaining complete documentation of all test reports in accordance with DIN standards.
requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician for automation technology, industrial mechanic, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in the fields of electrical engineering, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics, as well as in reading circuit diagrams and engineering drawings.
