We are seeking a Transportation Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) for our client in Philippsburg as part of a direct placement .

Tasks

• Scheduling shipments: You will primarily plan and organize road transport—ranging from groupage shipments to less-than-truckload and full truckload shipments.
• Coordinate deliveries: You manage orders and shipments, book delivery slots, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Supporting Freight Forwarders & Customers: You will serve as the point of contact for customers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.
• Optimize Workflows: You’ll keep an eye on transportation efficiency and costs while continuing to refine processes.
• Systems & Metrics: You maintain the transportation management system and generate analyses and reports.

requirements

• Business training, ideally in the field of freight forwarding and logistics services, warehouse logistics, or a comparable qualification—other business training programs are also welcome.
• Experience in transportation, freight forwarding, logistics, or scheduling is a plus.
• You are proficient in using scheduling software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• You work in a structured manner, enjoy organizing, and can keep track of things even when handling multiple tasks.
• You speak German very well and can also communicate in English .
