Service Representative (m/f/d)

Job description

We're looking to expand our restaurant team in the evenings with a server (m/f/d) in Oberhof. Here, you'll do more than just carry plates: You'll be an advisor, a guide to fine dining, and the face of the restaurant for our guests in the evening.

Tasks

• Evening Service: You will provide professional service to hotel and à la carte guests during the evening shift.
• Stylish service: You recommend wines that pair well with the dishes and know the menu inside and out.
• Atmosphere: You ensure the restaurant is perfectly set and pay attention to the small details that make all the difference.
• Check-out Experience: You accompany the guest from the front desk until they depart, ensuring a smooth end to the day.

requirements

• Professional demeanor: You are confident in dealing with demanding guests and remain calm even when the workload is high.
• Communication: A very good command of German is essential; a good command of English is a plus.
• Personality: You are open-minded, communicative, and have a genuine flair for hospitality.
• Experience: Ideally, you have previous experience working in customer service (but motivated career changers are also welcome!).
• Reliability: You're a rock when things get stressful, and you work conscientiously.
