Tasks
- Maintenance and repair of building services systems (heating, ventilation, plumbing, air conditioning)
- Troubleshooting and performing minor repairs on technical utility systems
- Regular inspection rounds and checks of the technical systems in the building
- Documentation of maintenance and repair work in accordance with specifications
- Support for the modernization and expansion of technical infrastructure
requirements
- Skilled worker certification or equivalent relevant work experience
- German language skills at least B2
- Class B driver's license
- Willingness to work both regular and shift schedules
