We are hiring experienced production workers, machine operators, and skilled assistants (m/f/d) who are willing to work shifts for a well-known client in 09376 Oelsnitz/Erzgebirge.

Tasks
- Installation of cable connections based on samples and diagrams
- Assembling cables into complex wiring harnesses – Cable assembly
- Quality Control – Inspect, Review, and Document
- Performing maintenance at specified intervals
- Assistance with inventory
requirements
- Dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
- Physical resilience
- First professional experience in the electrical sector
- Reliability, independent work, ability to work in a team
- Good general technical understanding
- 2-shift schedule starting at 5:30 a.m., Mon–Fri
- Very good written and spoken German, at least B2 level
- own mobility to reach the workplace in Oelsnitz
