Tasks

• Management and coordination of a work crew at our civil engineering sites
• Organizing and supervising daily work processes
• Coordination of employees and machinery in use
• Carrying out the work according to the plan and specifications
• Support for earthwork, sewer, road, and general civil engineering projects
• Monitoring Quality, Workplace Safety, and Order on the Construction Site
• Coordination with the construction management team and other points of contact

• Professional experience in civil engineering, ideally in a similar position
• Practical experience on construction sites and a strong technical understanding
