• Independently setting up, operating, and optimizing CNC milling machines
• Monitoring and Ensuring Manufacturing Quality
• Optimization of Manufacturing Processes and Setup Times
• Assistance with work preparation and production planning
• Compliance with occupational safety and quality standards

• Completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in CNC machining
• In-depth knowledge of CNC controls (Siemens 828)
• Sense of Responsibility and Assertiveness
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Ability to work well with others and a strong commitment to quality
