Tasks
- Analyze and implement production orders according to customer requirements
- Setting Up, Operating, and Monitoring CNC Lathes
- Plan, optimize, and further develop manufacturing processes
- Create or modify CNC programs
- Check and Document Production Results
- Implement quality standards and the quality management system
- Monitor, maintain, and, if necessary, optimize tools and manufacturing systems
- Ensuring a smooth and timely production process
requirements
- Completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Experience in CNC turning is preferred
- Independent, careful and quality-conscious way of working
- Technical understanding and a passion for precision work
- Willingness to pursue professional development
- High Level of Commitment and Customer Focus
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
