Tasks

• You ensure that shipments are processed efficiently and on time
• You motivate your team of industrial workers to encourage top performance
  You provide key metrics to the shift supervisor, which are crucial for preparing reports for management and customers
• You will be responsible for and oversee the onboarding of new colleagues
• You will ensure compliance with legal requirements, guidelines, and quality standards, as well as the proper conduct of regular inventory counts

requirements

• Initial professional and leadership experience in a similar position,
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Assertiveness, as well as a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and drive
• Proficiency with MS Office, inventory management systems, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is desirable
• Forklift operator certification and safe operation of the forklift, even on high-rise racking
