Tasks
- Machining of complex small and large components on state-of-the-art CNC-controlled 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling machines
- Independently setting up, programming, and commissioning machines based on technical drawings and manufacturing documents
- Optimization of machining processes and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
- Carrying out quality controls and dimensional checks
- Ensuring on-time, high-quality production
requirements
- Completed training as a machining technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
- Alternatively, several years of professional experience in the field of CNC milling technology
- Proficiency in CNC programming, ideally with Heidenhain controls
- Experience in setting up and operating CNC milling machines
- Confident handling of technical drawings
- Independent, structured and careful way of working
- A strong commitment to quality and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and willingness to work shifts
