Tasks

• Cut aluminum profiles to length using a miter saw
• Drill holes using a machine according to customer specifications
• Surface preparation and follow-up work, including masking off sensitive profiles
• Precise Handwork – Measuring, Screwing, and Sawing
• Operating Manufacturing Machinery
• After the training period, you will gradually learn how to program and set up the manufacturing machines

requirements

• Manual dexterity (measuring, sawing, screwing)
• Experience in aluminum fabrication and/or window construction is a plus (career changers are welcome, as everything can be learned)
• The utmost care, proactive thinking, and precise, quality-conscious work
• Read and understand drawings and specifications
• Good written and spoken German
• Patience and a willingness to learn during the intensive training period
• Mobility (driver's license/car) to get to work is an advantage
