Tasks

• Data Cleaning & Quality Assurance: You will be responsible for structuring, verifying, and cleaning master data as well as specifications items within the Planon system.
• Process & Data Linkage: You verify the accuracy of existing maintenance plans and systematically link them to the corresponding purchase order line items and relevant supplier contracts.
• Logical Data Analysis: You can accurately distinguish between system links that are actually required and special cases in which no maintenance plan or contract is necessary.
• Error & Inconsistency Management: Systematically identify and resolve gaps and conflicting data records.
  Interface Communication: You independently track open issues and consistently work with the responsible regions and departments to resolve them.
• Bulk Data Processing: To the extent technically feasible, you will independently perform structured data corrections and bulk processing (uploads).
• Controlling & Reporting: You document the current processing status to ensure transparent progress tracking.

requirements

• Substantial experience working with Planon or a directly comparable CAFM/FM system (e.g., Waveware, pit-FM, Conject). Must-have
• Excellent understanding of data structures, master data logic, and relational links.
• Proficiency in using MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data filters) to analyze large amounts of data.
• A strong aptitude for working with data, combined with a structured, analytical, and completely independent approach to work.
• Excellent written and spoken German, as well as a courteous yet persistent approach when following up on outstanding issues.
