Tasks

• Disciplinary and professional supervision, as well as the professional development of industrial employees
• Workforce and operational planning, as well as demand-based management of employees, machinery, and equipment
• Organizing and coordinating operational processes to ensure high productivity
• Responsibility for the operational implementation of projects— from acquisition and proposal preparation through to acceptance— while ensuring that deadlines, quality, and costs are met
• Assistance with industrial cleaning and technical services
• Ensuring complete documentation of services and work, as well as maintaining and improving order and cleanliness
• Close collaboration with the customer as well as the relevant production and maintenance departments

• Professional Qualifications: Completed technical training in the building cleaning trade or equivalent; advanced training to become a certified specialist or master craftsman is optional
• Work Experience: Several years of experience in industrial cleaning, ideally in a foreman or management position
• Cost Estimation: A solid understanding of cost-effective proposal preparation and industry-standard service times
• Health: Physical Stamina Required for Industrial Cleaning
• Driver's license: Class B
• IT Skills: Proficiency with MS Office
• Work Style: Customer- and service-oriented, ability to work in a team, willingness to learn 
• Personal Qualities: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, a structured approach to work, a sense of personal responsibility, and flexibility
• Language: Very good written and spoken German
