Job description

We are currently seeking a machine operator (m/f/d) for die-cutting and textile technology for our client in Lengenfeld, to start immediately.

Tasks

• Operation and Monitoring of CNC-Controlled Punch Presses and Laser Cutting Machines
• Setup, preparation, and adjustment of punching, laser, and textile machines
• Machining of Metal Parts Through Punching, Cutting, and Forming
• Operating die-cutting and embossing machines, as well as textile processing machines
• Processing and Cutting of Textiles and Technical Fabrics
• Loading, positioning, and unloading workpieces and materials
• Inspection of manufactured parts according to quality specifications and technical drawings
• Conducting dimensional and visual inspections
• Troubleshooting minor machine malfunctions and performing simple maintenance tasks
• Monitoring the production process and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Documentation of Production and Quality Data
• Ensuring a Smooth Manufacturing Process

requirements

• Experience operating CNC punch presses, laser machines, and production equipment
• Knowledge of metalworking and/or textile processing
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Careful, reliable and independent way of working
• Commitment to Quality and a Sense of Responsibility
• Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Regulations
• Very good German language skills (B2 level or higher)
• FS and car an advantage
• Ready for shift work
